SHIPPING
A standard order for in-stock merchandise typically processes and will be shipped in 5 business days. Our ceramic is generally made to order and the lead times can be up to 15 business days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Domestic Shipping Orders shipping to addresses within the continental United States are sent FedEx Ground. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
International Shipping We ship our products worldwide. International shipping costs vary by country and order weight. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. If you have any further questions or concerns about international shipping please contact us.
Please note: Buyer may be responsible for any duty/VAT associated with import.
Damaged Items Any breakage in shipment must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email us with your transaction number or tracking number and a photo of the breakage. We will reship your product as soon as possible. A photo is necessary to reship the product.
