PRIVATE LESSONS

We are pleased to offer private lessons in pottery wheel throwing and hand-building!

In the hand building lesson, we will create functional ceramic objects (e.g. mugs, planters). We will apply colored clay "slips" to the surface of the clay and create decorative patterns and designs in blue, black, gray, and pink.

In the pottery wheel throwing lesson, we use clay to build functional ceramic objects (e.g. mugs, planters, small plates, small bowls).

The lesson is 2 hours and is a beginner level class, with no previous experience required. The lesson includes everything you’ll need: clay, glazing, and firing.

Rates:

2 hours / 1 person $170

2 hours / 2 people $250

2 hours / 3 people $330

2 hours / 4 people $400

2 hours / 5 people $450

Groups of 6 or more will be considered a private group.

We are pleased to offer private group workshops in pottery wheel throwing and hand building!

In the hand building workshop, we will create functional ceramic objects (e.g. mugs, planters). We will apply colored clay "slips" to the surface of the clay and create decorative patterns and designs in blue, black, gray, and pink.

In the pottery wheel throwing workshop, we use clay to build functional ceramic objects (e.g. mugs, planters, small plates, small bowls). This workshop is limited to 10 people.

The workshop is 3 hours and is a beginner level class, with no previous experience required. The workshop includes everything you’ll need: clay, glazing, and firing.
