We are excited to announce the grand opening of our sister studio, Loft Ceramics Studio. Located two doors down from our ground floor flagship studio and retail space, we are expanding our class offerings and memberships!

We offer wheel-throwing and hand-building classes at this studio. We use porcelain clay for hand-building and stoneware clay for wheel-throwing pottery pieces. Each piece is fired in the kiln to 2250ºF resulting in translucent, food safe, and dishwasher safe tableware.

Clay Club ‘24-’25

ALL active students enrolled in a class-series are invited to Clay Club! This will be a free open forum discussion / demo-based club. There will be rotating topics each week as well as free time to ask any burning questions (e.g. feedback on technical expertise, design, glazing, hand-building, wheel-throwing)!

Please note that this is not a class, but rather an open space for asking questions, sharing ideas, techniques, and demonstrations.  

Starting October 5th, Clay Club will be held monthly at Loft Ceramic Studio.

HOW TO GET TO OUR STUDIO?

Our studio is near Greenpoint Ave stop on G Train / NYC Ferry Greenpoint Stop. You also can take L train to Bedford Ave and walk along the river side park to the studio.
